Day 1 : Yangon – Hpa-an by car

In the morning after breakfast, drive to Hpa-anand it will take about 5 hour driving time. After arrive in Hpa-an(the capital of Kayin State), visit BayinNyi cave; images and wall carvings can be seen everywhere inside the cave and then proceed to Kawgun cave is a natural limestone cave.Overnight stay in Phaan.

After breakfast, about one and a half hours driving to Mawlamyine and visit Thanbyuzayat (Tin Shelter), was the western terminus of the infamous Burma-Siam Railway, the "Death Railway" by the thousands of Allied prisoners of war (POWs) and Asian coolies who were forced by the Japanese Military to built it which was connected with the famous River Kwai in Thailand. On the way visit Win Sein Taw Ya where there is the world's largest reclining Buddha image which under still construction. Then proceed through beautiful Rubber plantation to Thanbyuzayat. Visit 2nd World War memorial cemetery in Thanbyuzayat. Drive back from Thanbyuzayat to Mawlamyine. Arrive in Mawlamyine in the evening and Sightseeing in Mawlamyine includes MahamuniPaya – the most beautiful Mon style temple in Mawlamyine, SeindonMiphaya (the queen of Kin Mindon) Monastery, U Zina Temple. Enjoy sunset from Kyaikthanlan Temple – the tallest temple of the city and we can have a bird's eye view of the city. Overnight stay in Mawlamyine.

Day 3 : Mawlamyine– Yangon

In the morning after breakfast, visit Local Market in Mawlamyine and then drive back to Yangon. After arrival in Yangon, transfer to your hotel.
